First contact & mutual NDA
From you

From us
We review the overview and arrange a mutual NDA before asking for your detailed stock list. Both sides can verify the company they are dealing with.

Review the price and the terms. Name the markets and sales channels that must be excluded from resale.
From us
We make a firm offer for the whole lot. The agreed price and resale restrictions are written into the purchase contract. You decide whether to proceed.

From you
Agree the pickup date and the practical details for access to the goods.
From us
We arrange collection. The date is agreed with you; the goods leave after full payment.
How it works
You can start without a spreadsheet.
The first enquiry is an introduction. You do not need to upload photos, send your stock list or quote a price to start.
- The goods and known brands
- An approximate quantity from 1,000 units
- Where the stock is physically stored
Before you start
Is this for sellers or buyers?
This enquiry is for businesses that want to sell their stock to BenefitStock. It is not an application to buy wholesale stock from us.
When does the 48-hour offer period start?
After we have a complete stock list. The initial enquiry starts the conversation; it is not yet the detailed information needed to price a lot.
Can I protect my existing markets?
You name the markets and sales channels to exclude. The agreed resale restrictions are recorded in the purchase contract.
What if I do not accept the offer?
You are free to decline. There is no obligation to sell, and the stock list remains covered by the mutual NDA.
Tell us what you want to move.
A few short answers give us the context to review your stock. Contact details come at the end. No files needed.
