Describe your stock

Your stock

The goods, the brands and the quantity.

Can I order goods from BenefitStock?

This enquiry is for businesses selling stock to BenefitStock. It is not a retail shop or a wholesale catalogue. If you own or are authorised to sell a commercial lot, describe what you have.

What we don’t buy
What is the minimum lot size for a sale?

Our buying focus starts at 1,000 units of known-brand footwear or apparel. Footwear lots start at 1,000 pairs. Give an approximate quantity first; the detailed breakdown follows after the mutual NDA.

Footwear
Do you consider own-label brands, used goods or children's brands?

Our focus is new goods from established, recognisable footwear and apparel brands. Own-label, no-name and used goods are outside that focus. Children's brands are excluded except Reima. Check the full buying criteria before preparing a detailed list.

What we don’t buy
Can I offer mixed brands or incomplete size runs?

Describe the actual mix, remaining sizes and approximate quantity in one overview. We review the detailed composition after the NDA and agree the scope before purchase. A mixed lot is not automatically accepted or rejected.

Apparel

Your first enquiry

A useful overview before the detailed paperwork.

What information should I prepare for the first contact?

The category, known brands, approximate quantity and country where the goods are stored are enough to start. You review a short stock overview before adding your name and work email. No Excel file, photos or asking price are needed now.

Follow the buying process
Are a phone number and company name required?

Name and work email are required. Phone or WhatsApp is one optional number, and the company field is optional. You can go back and edit the overview before sending.

Can a wholesaler or an authorised representative enquire?

Yes. Explain your role when discussing the lot. The owner, contracting seller and authority to sell must be clear before a purchase is agreed. We also review lots offered by wholesalers and stock traders.

For wholesalers
What happens after I send the overview?

We review the information and contact you to discuss the lot and next steps. The mutual NDA comes before the detailed stock list. Sending the overview does not mean the goods are accepted or that a price has been agreed.

Which company would buy my stock?

BenefitStock buys as a principal. The company behind the site is MAYA SOURCING d.o.o., registered in Serbia. Check the legal notice for its registration and contact details before proceeding.

At what stage do we sign the mutual NDA?

Before you share the detailed stock list. The NDA sets the confidentiality terms; review the actual document before disclosure. The short overview lets us begin the conversation without asking for your inventory file.

How do I specify markets and channels to exclude?

Tell us which markets and sales channels you need excluded from resale. We agree the restrictions before purchase and record them in Appendix 1 of the purchase agreement. The signed agreement governs the transaction.

Does sending an enquiry commit me to selling?

No. The enquiry begins a review and conversation. You can consider the offer and purchase terms before committing to a sale.

Offer, payment & collection

The sequence from the complete list to handover.

How is the offer for the lot determined?

We review the agreed lot using the detailed list: brands, articles, sizes, quantities, condition, location and resale restrictions. There is no universal percentage of retail value or automatic price calculator.

Stock lot valuation
When does the 48-hour offer period start?

When we receive your complete detailed stock list after the mutual NDA. The first enquiry alone is not enough to price the lot. We prepare a firm offer within 48 hours of that complete list.

Follow the buying process
Must the full payment arrive before the goods leave?

Yes. Full payment reaches your account before the goods leave your warehouse. Payment and collection follow the agreed purchase terms.

Follow the buying process
Who arranges collection, and is there a fixed pickup deadline?

We arrange collection and agree the date with you. The 48-hour offer period is not a guaranteed warehouse clearance deadline. Tell us about access, locations and timing needs so collection can be discussed before agreement.
